End User License Agreement

Read this clear and specifically mentioned agreement to learn about all of our official terms and conditions between us (the company) and you (the consumer). The entire EULA is shared by the program developer (BitRecover) for the right use of the utility and services. Hence, with this, you agree to our terms during and after installing our software.

1. License Granted

The convertmbox.com gives the respective consumer a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-cancelable right to install and activate the tool. Plus, the user has to install the software separately on different devices until they own a commercial license, which supports different devices from one license only. In addition to this, making any third party see our software’s content or sharing the license is also against our policies. Furthermore, no one has the right to provide our tool to third-party users or make it available on other platforms until or unless they have the multi-user license or the consent to promote the tool, respectively.


2. Copyright

The tool available on this website is ethically owned and protected by multiple terms, laws, and copyrights of BitRecover, as convertmbox.com is an affiliate website of it. Therefore, none of the users is permitted to trademark, label, or even hide the brand name of the software are any cost.


3. Restrictions On Use

The user of our utility must not follow personally or permit anyone else to,

- Extract the source code of the software using any way, including decompiling, decoding, engineering, decrypting, reverse, and more.
- Create, distribute, or alter any of the elements used in the tool.
- Duplicate, rent, public display, exploit, or sell the software in any way.

4. Cover CD

Any type of distribution or reproduction of our software’s evaluation copy is supposed to be published by associated magazines in various CD formats, only if we allow them to do so. However, the term here is that the publishing house must share a copy of the magazine with the attached CD to BitRecover so that we can cross-verify the data and ensure the authenticity.


5. Terms

The license you paid for will remain active until terminated. However, as per the terms, the user can dismiss it at any period of time by following the easy uninstallation steps. Plus, if the user breaks any of the terms mentioned above, then as well the license of the tool gets terminated. Hence, in such a case, the user cannot access the software or even its copy at any cost.


6. No Such Warranties

We do not claim or offer any warranty, supposing that our tool is completely error-free. However, we disclaim all the offered warranties that are associated with our tool in implied or expressed form. This includes, but is not restricted to, implied warranties of noninfringement of third-party rights, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition to this, some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties on several matters, such as consequential damage or warranty duration. Therefore, the warranty gives particular rights which differ from one jurisdiction to another.


7. Severability

If anything happens and the terms mentioned in this license become invalid, we will make sure to regulate the new or revised terms before they come into effect.


8. No Liability for Consequential Damages

This is to clarify that neither BitRecover nor the affiliate partners and software suppliers of our tool are liable to you (user) in case of any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damage to the software during the process of usage, performance, or even delivery. In such cases, BitRecover is not at all liable or would not give claims whether the user has exceeded the fee or has any contract for it.

You, as our client, acknowledge that you have completely read all the terms and successfully understood them. Plus, you also acknowledge all the terms and conditions of our bound. In addition to this, you also accept that this EULA page is the complete, clear, and exclusive agreement between the parties, supersedes all proposed or prior agreements, oral or written, and other communications between the related bodies mentioned herein.
